STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN!!!

A society where its women do not feel secure and respected is not worth calling a society. Crimes like rape, domestic violence and trafficking have increased over time and the word respect is ebbing. Trafficking of women has raised a big concern and has destroyed many lives. It is men’s perception that makes them commit these heinous crimes. They tend to look at things in every negative manner possible and because of their way of thinking and perception, they haunt the women around them and pierce their lives with fear.

We should raise a voice against those issues..

To bring awareness on how the women should be treated in the society, Sahasam organised #Disha –  Awareness event on women safety by our adopted school students around Andhra pradesh. By this sahasam also wants to inculcate “Respect Towards Women and their importance” among the students from childhood. We would like to thank Geethika Sriharikota for organizing this entire event with our adopted school teachers.
