I feel that an employee’s productivity is primarily dependent on the job satisfaction and the job security felt by him. Any employee free from tensions like losing the job or anyone who is much satisfied with the employer and the working scenario, he would certainly more productivity to the company. However the productivity of an employee depends on the attitude and ambition he has and opportunity he gets. Still, in the long run any one who is much satisfied with the job delivers more than the expected from him.

Job satisfaction of an employee is linked with his passion towards the work. For instance, any person who is motivated and who enjoys his day to day challenges will bring his instinct skills into the job. Moreover, a satisfied person is more relaxed and thereby gets fruitful results.

Additionally, an employee who is satisfied with the financial benefits he gets from the company will put all his energies and efforts towards the better outcome of his job. Suppose, for example, an employee who gets less income than his peer or whose income not matches with the industrial standard, is de-motivated and may not concentrate on his job. The productivity of him gradually decreases and may end up in quitting the job or shifting the company.

Furthermore, an employee whose job is secured will not get into unnecessary thinking about the attrition rate of the company, company’s performance in the industrial market or other companies’ performance to that matter. Instead he would divert all his energies to bring the best out of him and puts himself and the company into profits.

However, person who feels satisfied and secured in the company might end up in reducing his effort and slowly his technical potential fades out. Admittedly, team environment, company’s culture and policies and recognition for his work pave the way for more productivity. For example, who takes job security for granted and misuses the company’s resources and waste time will turn out to be liability for the company.

Finally, while it is true that yielding more productivity is linked with many factors like ambition, attitude and opportunities an employee gets, ultimately it is his bond with the company that makes him feel satisfied with all the results and success he achieved and the job security he gained will have huge impact on the progress he makes and productivity he brings.

Monetary Systems - Coins and papers Vs Electronic

The monetary system that prevails in any living era mirrors the civilization of human kind at that time and forms the index of human life style.

When man invented to exchange a thing for a thing called the Barter system, he was uncomfortable in many ways which paved the way for coinage. The minting and maintenance is unwieldy that lead to a better and optimal monetary system which uses paper. For hundreds of years man enjoyed the luxury of coins and papers as the main source of currency. However there has been a great debate going on to migrate the system to electronic accounts rather than the physical coins and papers.

With the advent of latest technologies in the in maintaining the credit and debit details, it is suggested to consider replacing the whole monetary system of coins and paper to electronic type. In my view, the coins and paper pose heavy burden of maintenance they are reliable and easy to identify. The other advantages with the coins and paper are:
· Can not be flawed easily.
· Common man can use with less difficulty and minimum knowledge.
· Not prone to virus.
Some of the disadvantages are:
· Minting is difficult.
· It takes so much of time and effort.
· It is unwieldy.
· Transactions are difficult and at times could be erroneous.
· For huge sums, it is difficult to carry and exchange.

On the other hand electronic system invites pleasure because:

· Very fast to create, process and store the currency information.
· Thieves can not steal.
· Huge amounts can be transacted easily.
· Money can reach any corner in the world within seconds.

Demerits of electronic system are:
Only experts can implement and manage, naives difficult to handle.
Technical hackers can easily damage/loot the entire sum without others notice within seconds.
Not reliable.
It is prone to electronic disruption.
Always data back up is needed.

Comparing the pros and cons of both the physical and electronic monetary systems, the prevailing system clearly out weighs the other. Clearly the electronic security reaching safer standards and human intelligence pacing up it is in distant sight that electronic system might supercede the physical system. So, the life style of future era is electronic.

ODI - series Srilanka Tour 2008 - 2009:

Having seen so much uniqueness and enormous talent from Mendis, the young and dynamic spinner it is not wise decision to bluntly take complete new blood into team for ODI series. As we have seen in the test matches, the experienced and key players like Laxman, Dravid and Ganguly were getting into form and Gambhir, Sehwag shown their aggression and dominance and toyed with the opponents.

Dhoni's ideas are too experimental might incur huge loss if he doesnt change his belief on Fab Four.

Also, Indians are being under much defence in the strategy in each match they play. For instance, in the initial 10 overs they are preserving their wicket so that there would not be much damage done when muralitharan and mendis come to bowl. At the same time when in the middle overs while facing the spin duo, strike is not even rotated and pressure keeps building till the slog overs.

Thanks to the spin friendly pitches made by srilanka curators, we can make no better conclusion on the failure of our batsmen. Let us see how it fares in the rest of the matches in the contest.

Visakha Express Review

Recently I have seen " Visakha Express". It's not that much good and not that much bad also. it's ok. The director Vara Mullapudi tried well,the film came good than his first movie Na Alludu. Vara could have done hard work on script bit more.

He made a good decision in selecting Allari Naresh as Villian, We all know that naresh is a comedy hero, through out the movie we will be under impression that naresh is acting normally, only in the climax we would come to know that he is villian. Rajeev Kanakala acted very well and he reduced so much of weight and looks smart in this movie. Heroine is OK, second heroine is dummy. Sindhu Tulani is unnecessary casting.

Songs are average. picturisation also the same. Story -
"Starts with original Visakha Express train from vizag to Hyderabad, both the heros introduction also. Kota is being rajeev's father is a big drinker,he creates problems to his son bcoz of his habit.Rajeev is a doctor but could not control his anger or frustration bcoz of his father's problems,complients from neigbours,bar owners...etc. One day rajeev gets a call that his father met with an accident. In the hospital kota dies. Later rajeev comes to know that is not an accident ,its a preplanned murder which is done by Naresh.

Naresh kills kota bcoz of the discussions that happens in train during the begining of the film.
So, Naresh obliges rajeev to kill naesh's wife, Preethi Jingania in favour of kota's murder. Rajeev is forced to kill Preethi bcoz naresh plans the killing of kota as done by rajeev. Rajeev goes to naresh house to see that she was his ex-lover.

Finally, Naresh opens his suspicion on preethi towards Rajeev to take revenge on preethi,bcoz she already loved rajeev but did not disclose with naresh.He also suspects that she was commited to rajeev earlier. Rajeev investigates and comes to know about naresh. Usual climax fight,Naresh dies. Both gets married,HAPPY HOME" :-)

Film is full of double meaning dialogues. We appreciate the dialogue writer for his initial and first effort, but families and ladies specially from town and village background might not take it rather they dont understand.

I think Overall movie is good. We can give 2 out of 5.

Ontari - review

Film is fantastic. Effort is clearly visible and really deserve a good hit. Decent film with love backdrop.

Pros:

Gopi Chand asusual is smart, physically fit and action is ultimate and unique
Fight sequences are different and stylish
Heroine(Bhavana) is a big asset for the film, She was nicely searched and brought into. she did all she can do, justified her role. Glamour is not widely chosen yet beauty is perfectly enacted. Simply she looked beautiful. Her dresses are also well picked and suited her. She is a mixture of heroines like Trisha, Suhani, Kalyani, etc. Being first film in telugu she could well pick up the lip sync of the dialogues
Hero's costumes are nice. casting is limited. not huge or heavy. story circulates between few - enough to visualize the story.
Kanakala again in a negative shade did well as politician, more frames could have added to the script.
Songs - especially three are huge hits, they are : ararey yemadhi, cheppalani undhi, nee jimmada.
Story and narration is different. Comedy by Ali is pick of the film, sivaji's imitation is well but Sanakardada's a flop....
Illusion created is gud and gopi's action is on peak especially when nobody(heroine) was there but to think and act is more difficult.
emotion and sentiment is more

Cons:

Sunil is there for few minutes, on and Off not much depth/importance to him.
vilian is routine not of matching/equal strength to gopi. Hero comes fights/kills and goes. He has to be on par with hero. Hero's dominance like old movies where in NTR and Krishna were not even beaten by a single rowdy..!?
More violence. Vilian was not perished while kanakla was ruthlessly demolished
Songs were just taken with less preference to locations.
EVen with emotion and sentiment, could not produce that twinge in the audience's eyes.

All and all, eetharam movies produced one nice flick and lets hope it clicks. Paisa to vasool..

UMPIRES - the real VAMPIRES, ICC - wicked board, Cricket Australia - Crooked team

It is the last test match at sydney I witnessed a scornful cricket against India.

Kudos to the Indian team especially Kumble. Finally Austalians succeeded in breaking the temperament of the Jumbo, but will never succeed in breaking the Unity amongst Indians. The AUssy media even tried to inject caste/religion and racisim in Indian team by writing columns which clearly explains who is from Upper caste and lower case. India is still Federal I agree but it is a gaint, vast, enormous, UNITED country. Whole world knows India is a continent, mixture of all cultures and history of some millenniums.

It is nothing new to India in terms of fighting - we fought for centuries to get our freedom back without weapons. we know how to deal castigations. If racisim is what they say, we felt it and experienced it even before they come to know such word. Calling Mon-key lets say how can they relate to Racisim.....? Basterd is a small word for them, it is the single word which shatters Indian law.

Hmmm! Umpires, it is my utmost displeasure to a write a coulmn about.
It is Bucknor or other, all the decisions were against Asians. Bucknor who takes more time in evaluating tried to bluff spectators and players that his decision is the Best. Now it is understood that it takes so much of time to send the signals he see and hear to the brai and match with the laws of cricket and then come up with decision which will definetely be wrong/opposite to correct. Mind u, this happens only and always with INDIA.

Mike Procter - a great referee who listenes to only one side arguments and gives jugdement. I need separate column to write about him. Fist of all he should learn how to tackle poeple and players, have some common sense and courtesy. Later comes positions and arbitration!!

New ICC rules:

After watching the test match, I feel some rules have to be incorporated by ICC to give the other teams a perfect clarification

(1) Ricky Ponting – (THE TRULY GENUINE CRICKETER OF THE CRICKET ERA AND WHOSE INTEGRITY SHOULD NOT BE DOUBTED ) should be considered as the FOURTH UMPIRE. As per the new rules, FOURTH UMPIRE decision is final and will over ride any decisions taken by any other umpires. ON-FIELD umpires can seek the assistance of RICKY PONTING even if he is not on the field. This rule is to be made, so that every team should understand the importance of the FOURTH UMPIRE .

(2) While AUSTRALIAN TEAM is bowling, If the ball flies anywhere close to the AUSTRALIAN FIELDER(WITHIN 5 metre distance), the batsman is to be considered OUT irrelevant of whether the catch was taken cleanly or grassed. Any decision for further clarification should be seeked from the FOURTH UMPIRE. This is made to ensure that the cricket is played with SPORTIVE SPIRIT by all the teams.

(3) While BATTING, AUSTRALIAN players will wait for the ON-FIELD UMPIRE decisions only (even if the catch goes to the FIFTH SLIP as the ball might not have touched the bat). Each AUSTRALIAN batsman has to be out FOUR TIMES (minimum) before he can return to the pavilion. In case of THE CRICKETER WITH INTEGRITY, this can be higher.

(4) UMPIRES should consider a huge bonus if an AUSTRALIAN player scores a century. Any wrong decisions can be ignored as they will be paid huge bonus and will receive the backing of the AUSTRALIAN team and board.

(5) All AUSTRALIAN players are eligible to keep commenting about all players on the field and the OPPONENT TEAM should never comment as they will be spoiling the spirit of the AUSTRALIAN team. Any comments made in any other language are to be considered as RACIALISM only.

(6) MATCH REFREE decisions will be taken purely on the AUSTRALIAN TEAM advices only. Player views from the other teams decisions will not be considered for hearing. MATCH REFREES are to be given huge bonus if this rule is implemented.

(7) NO VISITING TEAM should plan to win in AUSTRALIA. This is to ensure that the sportive spirit of CRICKET is maintained.

(8) THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE : If any bowler gets RICKY PONTING - "THE UNDISPUTED CRICKETER WITH INTEGTIRY IN THE GAME OF CRICKET" more than twice in a series, he will be banned for the REST OF THE SERIES. This is to ensure that the best batsman/Captain will be played to break records and create history in the game of CRICKET.

These rules will clarify better to the all teams VISITING AUSTRALIA.

Bingo! A new year gift not a legacy

My new year day @ office started with a bash. I was there at the new building in whitefield just before it starts sweating. So many thoughts abt the Logistics and facilities, how those could be and what if not were all up to the mark. Within no time curtains were down to all my doubts and worries.

Months of misery, 75 days of worries, 450 hrs of travel ( 6hrs a day ) and many such aftermaths were all gone with just a glimpse at the portico.

It is just the same building, same furniture, same corporate amenities; but to my eyes it was a picture of highly adorn closet specially designed for Embedded engineers. It was not ornate but it is what/how it has to be.

So, it is not CALM after the STORM,
but, A BASH after the LASH.
